Respite

 

The calming spirit of this piece emanates from its juxtaposition of deep smoky blues and greys with the springtime cheer of sky-inspired azure mixed with robin’s egg blue. A bevy of color commotion occurs along a loose horizon line, as well as in other accents on canvas, each touched with a hint of metallic silver to bring enchantment and surprise.
